    We offer an initial consultation without charge, at which time we’ll discuss your current financial situation and needs and recommend how you should proceed. On your agreement, we will discuss our services, terms of business and payment options and set up the initial meeting.

  • Research and Analysis

    We will gather relevant information from you about your existing arrangements and future goals.  We will assess your attitude to risk and construct a risk profile for you which will help us assess the suitability of existing arrangements along with any new investments required to meet your financial objectives.

  • Advice and Recommendations

    Once we have gained a complete understanding of your current situation, goals and attitudes to investment, we will research the market and provide suitable recommendations.  This will detail any tax wrappers, investments, investment strategies and other products suitable to your needs.

  • Implementation

    Once we have obtained your agreement to proceed we’ll put the strategy into practice and implement the investments or other products.

  • Ongoing Service

    We have different levels of ongoing service and we will help you choose the one most appropriate for your needs.

We take great pride in the way that we deal with our clients, but accept that sometimes things do not go as well as we would hope. Should this happen we would hope to spot this early on and rectify any issues without any inconvenience to you. However, should you ever wish to register a formal complaint, please contact us explaining what the problem is.

On receipt, your complaint will be acknowledged and you will receive a copy of our complaints handling procedure.  The matter will then be investigated in line with that procedure and our findings will be reported to you in writing. If you cannot reach agreement with us, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, subject to certain time limits, unless the complainant is a business with turnover over €2 million or at least ten employees, or a charity/trust with income/assets over £1 million.
